The Resta H325 C automatic mattress gluing machine is essential for hot-melt gluing of quilted panels and all parts that make up box springs.
It is supplied with a melter for glue with multi-nozzle guns to spray glue automatically and continuously, or intermittently (to optimize consumption); the guns can spray glue on the perimeter and/or in a central position, depending on the type of product to glue. It is equipped with a workbench with silicone tape and complete with a press for stabilizing the glued material.

It can be incorporated to an additional melter with spiral guns for gluing panels in a second station after pressing.
