The automatic wrapping machine model Resta H288 RMT is a unit expressly engineered to wrap the mattresses approaching the final part of a mattress production line.
Equipped with a self-adjusting press, the H288 RMT can handle any kind of mattress in any sizes in a fully automatic mode. Furthermore the hoist for the insertion of the polyethylene rolls enables to extremely reduce their manual handling. The structure holding the polyethylene rolls can also accommodate boot film roll holders which can be used or excluded according to the programming of the production cycle.
The press that can be disconnected and the infeed belt conveyor system allow to wrap even divan bases.
This highly versatile and productive machine is equipped with teflon-coated sealing bars with low maintenance. Thanks to its pusher the machine can wrap small-sized mattresses, standard mattresses, latex and heavy mattresses without changing any adjustments. The touch panel screen
guarantees a user-friendly interface.
