The Resta H325 C automatic mattress gluing machine is designed for cold gluing of materials such as rubber, latex, memory foam and all parts that make up multi-layer mattresses and boxes. It is equipped with a special roller for cold glues with variable passage that adapts automatically to the material through a patented tracking system. Usable glues are water based and cleaning is simplified thanks to the special treatment for quick roller cleaning and the cleaning software program.

The amount of glue to be transferred onto the rubber can be adjusted by operating a touch panel.
The machine can be installed in the line with motorized benches for the assembly of various rubber layers and automatic press with differentiated presses for glue activation.
