Resta RFID to automate the mattress production

A second installation of the RFID (Radio Frequency IDentificator) “line handling” system has been just installed and tested by a French company which has been using this system since a few years successfully.

The application of labels (tags) on the mattresses and divan bases and the installation of the relative antennas make the production line completely autonomous.

These antennas, positioned all along the line, enable to get rid of the labour or limit the personnel to the supervision only.

The final products, such as mattresses, divan bases and stuffed items in general are automatically recognized and sorted towards the various processing lines, thanks to the automated setting of the working modes of all the equipment.

Acabada de montarse y ensayarse una segunda instalación del sistema de “gestión de línea” Rfid (IDentificador de radiofrecuencia) en una fábrica francesa que utiliza este sistema con éxito bueno desde hace varios años.

La aplicación de etiquetas (tag), sobre los colchones y los somieres con la instalación de las correspondientes antenas de levantamiento hace completamente independiente la línea de producción.

Estas antenas, desplazadas a lo largo de la línea, anulan o bien limitan al personal encargado sólo al control.

Los productos finales, como colchones, somieres, acolchados en general se identifican y clasifican automáticamente a las varias líneas de proceso, configurando cada máquina a nivel de cambio de tamaño y/o finalidad de intervención.
