The Resta H222 4T border machine is a machine to create and stitch mattress border.

It is equipped with 2 multineedle sewing heads on the entry side for the application of 3D spacer fabric, tapes, zips, etc. The sewing heads, easily adjustable, are installed on slides, helping the change of border measure at best.

Two double chain stitch sewing heads, with mirror motion, execute the stitching of different patterns, by getting them from the big amount of programs that are present in the machine’s database. A touch panel helps pattern change, by displaying a preview of the pattern that it is going to be executed.
